Founded in 1988, Benefit and Financial Strategies is a comprehensive firm offering business continuation planning, employee benefits, estate analysis, health and medical plans, investment strategies, life insurance planning and retirement planning. We are dedicated to offering unbiased, objective advice based in sound, up-to-date research.

Our team has decades of experience and education in many areas of finance and insurance, which allows us to provide a broad range of services. Because our team members focus on many different areas of finance, we offer you the opportunity to find an advisor that matches your needs and goals. We are committed to working collaboratively to find fitting strategies for you. We help each other to serve you effectively every day.

Many of our clients come to us from referrals, not from our marketing. This is due to the deep relationships we have developed with our long-time clients who entrust us to serve their children, extended family, colleagues and friends. We are honored to have the trust of so many members of our community, and we work hard to keep that trust every day.

We are based in Flagstaff, Arizona, only an hour away from the Grand Canyon. A small firm with a large sense of community, our staff truly cares about our community and is actively invested in its well-being. We volunteer, donate and play a role in deciding the future of Flagstaff.

We offer services to all of Northern Arizona as well as the Phoenix area and some neighboring states, including Colorado, Utah and California.
